FREDRICKSBURG, Texas - U.S. Army Reserve Col. Paul Phillips III (far left), an orthopedic surgeon, speaks with patient, Don Huston (far right), 77, and his wife, Alice, 78, of Boerne, during a clinic visit March 14 at Hill Country Memorial (HCM) Medical Group in Fredericksburg, Texas, where Phillips is part of the Orthopedic Surgery team. Phillips, a 23-year Reserve veteran, serves as chief of Professional Services with the 228th Combat Support Hospital at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston.
