FORT HOOD, Texas - Staff Sgt. Joel Glewen, observer coach/trainer from the 2nd Battalion, 337 Regiment, based out of Waterford, Michigan, explains to Army Reserve Soldiers how to obtain a good grouping on the M4 carbine, and discusses the thresholds that are now required within the target circle. The Soldiers, assigned to the 389th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, conducted individual weapons qualification there at Fort Hood, Texas in preparation for an upcoming deployment. The 2-337 is one of three battalions currently mobilized to Fort Hood in support of First Army’s 120th Infantry Brigade mission to train, coach and ready Army units ahead of overseas deployments.
