The training focused on understanding G8 processes and operations with the intent of integrating newly assigned Fund Managers and taking the training back to Army Reserve battalions assigned to First Army brigades. Several topics discussed across the four-day period included funding guidance, WBPAC, spend plans, phase plans, FM overview, Defense Travel System, Unit Administrator operations, and group orders.
