Lopez were at Fort Buchanan to celebrate the reopening and relocation of a schoolhouse for the 94th Training Division's 5th Battalion. They were also on the island to assist with the planned tranistion and approved reassignment of all units stationed in Puerto Rico to the operational control of the 1st Mission Support Command.
