Dec. 31, 2015-Sergeant first class (SFC) Vickery-Unigarro, a current 100th Training Division Soldier, looks on as her grandfather finds out that his tour of the US Army Human Resources Command Center, is actually a ceremony in honor of his service during WWII. Vickery, 95, received the World War II Victory Medal, the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, and the American Campaign Medal for his service in the Army Air Corps from June, 1942, to October, 1945 from Brig.
