Fort Bragg-based Army Reserve Medical Command UAMTF supports federal response to COVID-19 pandemic

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Upon his arrival to Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, Staff Sgt. Restituto Landon, a U.S. Army Reserve radiology specialist from Fernandina Beach, Fla. is screened for COVID-19 symptoms by Staff Sgt. Juan Martinez, a Soldier assigned to the 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) July 26, 2020. Landon is a member of Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force-7458, which mobilized to support the Department of Defense COVID-19 response. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to states in need as well as the Federal Emergency Management Agency in support of the whole-of-nation COVID-19 response.
