LONDONDERRY, N.H. - Sgt. 1st Class Stephen Levey, a military police officer, and Sgt. Karystyna Segarra, the human resource officer, both from the 94th Military Police Company, go over their medical paper work during their unit’s Soldier Readiness Process (SRP) Oct. 23, 2021, at Devens Reserve Forces Training Area in Ayer, Mass.. The Soldiers went over the paperwork as they waited to finish up the medical portion of the SRP. Commanders and leaders at all levels are responsible for individual Soldier readiness and will use all available tools, resources, and authorities to reduce the number of non-deployable Soldiers with their formations.
