Jesse Ellis, a heavy equipment operator of 390th Engineer Company, 844th Engineer Battalion out of Chattanooga, TN, levels and grades the base layer for the multipurpose building with a roller on 19 April 2017 at Cincu Training Area, Romania. This establishes a solid footing for the concrete pad that will be the floor of the building. The project is a part of Resolute Castle 17, an exercise which strengthens the NATO alliance.
