PHOTOS: U.S. Army Reserve participates in Water Security and Conflict Prevention Summit

Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, Chief of Army Reserve and commanding general U.S. Army Reserve Command, spoke during a panel discussing ways private and public sector partnerships can assist with worldwide water security problems at the Water Security and Conflict Prevention Summit held at the U.S. Institute of Peace Sept. 10, 2013 in Washington, D.C. Talley was joined on the panel by Jeff Seabright, Vice President of Environment and Water Resources from the Coca Cola Company. Both organizations are members of the U.S. Water Partnership and assisting in efforts to assure the world's population has access to safe and secure water.
