Command Sergeant Major Estabrooks began his military career on September 28, 1985 when he enlisted into the United States Army Reserve at the Military Entrance Processing Station, Oklahoma City, OK.  Throughout his military career he has continued to serve in positions of increased leadership responsibility and key Non Commissioned Officer positions. CSM Estabrooks is a graduate of Midwest City High School, Midwest City, Oklahoma, Class of 1982 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University, Clinton, IA.    
CSM Estabrooks’ awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit with Oak Leaf, Bronze Star Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Meritorious Service Medal with 4th Oak Leaf Cluster, Army Commendation Medal with 3d Oak Leaf Cluster, and the Army Achievement Medal with 2nd Oak Leaf Cluster.  Unit awards include the Army Meritorious Unit Commendation with Oak Leaf Cluster and the Army Superior Unit Award.  Service medals, service and training ribbons include the Good Conduct Medal with 2 Silver Loops, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal with Bronze Service Star, Iraq Campaign Medal with 2 Bronze Service Stars, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with Silver Ten Year Device and “M” Device, NCO Professional Development Ribbon with Numeral 4 , Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon with Numeral 4, and the Army Reserve Components Overseas Training Ribbon with Numeral 2.  Combat and special skill badges include the Combat Infantry Badge, Parachutist Badge, Pathfinder Badge, Air Assault Badge, and the Drill Sergeant Identification Badge.  
Individual achievements include, Drill Sergeant of the Year for Co B 4/291/95, Commandants List -PLDC, NCO of the Year, 5th CTA, NCO of the Year, 122nd ARCOM, NCO of the Year, 5th Army/FORSCOM, Commandants Honor Role-Retention, Commandants List-ANCOC, Henry Caro Leadership Award, The Order of Saint Maurice, Centurion Level, C03244, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ashford University. 
Unit achievements include 100th BN - 442d Infantry, Combat Infantry Streamer 2005, 100th BN - 442d Infantry Walter T. Kerwin, Jr. Readiness Award for 2005; CONUS Replacement Center, Combined Logistics Award, Supporting Unit Category, Runner Up for 2008 and 2009; Task Force 807 (MED), Property Book Section, Surgeon General's Excalibur Award for 2010. 
CSM Estabrooks is the father of Tegan Diane, Keith Richard, and SPC James Marshall, and he is Grandfather to Trinati Denise, Taliyah Deziree and Piper Louise.
