The 87th Army Reserve Support Command (East) provides administrative,
logistical and training support for all Army Reserve (USAR) Troop Program
Units under the Operational Control (OPCON) of First Army Division-East
(1AE). The command also provides Command and Control (C2) for the 1st
Mobilization Support Group and 16 subordinate Mobilization Support
Battalions (MSBns).
