Matthew Kelly, Human Resources Specialist, 85th Support Command, reviews his qualification performance during the 85th Support Command’s headquarters individual weapons qualification at Joliet Training Area, April 1, 2017. The headquarters staff spent one battle assembly day at the qualification range achieving a 100 percent qualification rate on the M-16 rifle and an 88 percent qualification rate on the M9 pistol.
