On order, the 415th Chemical Brigade will mobilize and deploy CONUS / OCONUS to provide Command and Control of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) operations (to include CBRN Reconnaissance and Mass Casualty Decontamination) in support of an Incident Commander or Combatant Commander.
