Each year on April 22, the Army Reserve joins the Nation in celebrating Earth Day.  It is a day to appreciate the value of our natural resources and an opportunity to raise the awareness of the environmental and cultural heritage that is essential to the long term health and well-being of our Nation.

Today marks the end of "Don't Ask Don't Tell." The law is repealed. From this day forward, gay and lesbian Soldiers may serve in our Army with the dignity and respect they deserve.

that the Bill will be forwarded shortly for the President's signature and will
then become law...In the interim, stay focused on your mission.

Our efforts to bring value to our Service members are on-going. An example is the recent launch of our new, state-of-the-art job and employee search application. Among other exciting features, the new application provides employers with the ability to reach into the system and efficiently find candidates who best meet their workforce needs.

LTG Stultz is pleased to announce that the Secretary of the Army has approved the selection and assignment of Mr. Steve Austin as the Army Reserve Director of Resource Management and Material Core Enterprise effective December 5, 2010.  Steve, a retired Army colonel and current SES, joins us from the Department of Commerce.
