The Army Reserve is a vital part of our national defense team and an important resource in communities across the nation. Our Citizen-Soldiers serving in the Global War on Terror depend on their families, friends, civilian employers, and community to help them balance their responsibilities and commitments. The Army Reserve welcomes opportunities to work with businesses, organizations and individuals that share our commitment to supporting Soldiers and connecting the Army Reserve with communities across the country.
We invite you to learn more about the Soldiers and leaders of the Army Reserve in your community through the programs listed below. These programs are designed to help you make a personal connection in order to show your support for their service and to allow them to show their gratitude by giving back to the community that serves them.
Speakers Bureau
Army Reserve leaders, Soldiers and subject matter experts are available to address national and local business and community organizations. To request a speaker for your event or organization, contact the Outreach coordinator at outreach@usar.army.mil.

Army Reserve Ambassadors
These private citizens build relationships and strive to improve the understanding and knowledge of the Army Reserve within congressional offices, business and social sectors of communities across America. They establish lines of communication within communities to gain insight into their needs and our ability to meet them. Ambassadors also reach out to Soldiers and their Families during the difficult times of deployment and the excitement of “welcome home” ceremonies while facilitating community support.
To get more information on the Ambassador program, e-mail the Ambassador coordinator at ambassador@usar.army.mil.
