All Terrain Lifter Army System (ATLAS)

Description:
The ATLAS is a 10,000 pound capacity, variable reach, rough terrain forklift.  It is intended  to perform the same type of cargo handling operations as the present 10K capacity forklifts under a wide variety of conditions.  With 501 of these forklifts available, the ATLAS is a unique capability with the Army Reserve’s inventory.

CH-47 Chinook

Description:
The CH-47 Chinook is a twin-turbine, tandem-rotor transport helicopter with heavy-lift capability.  The Chinook’s primary mission is movement of troops, artillery, ammunition, fuel, water, barrier materials, supplies and equipment on the battlefield.  The Army Reserve currently has 36 Chinook helicopters performing a variety of missions in support of current operations.
