    Knocking for Success
    Spc. Shiloh Becher a Reserve Soldier from the 416th Theater Engineer Command, Fargo N.D. enthusiastically "
    knocks" on the door to the Soldier of the Year Board. The board is presided over by Sgt. Maj. of the Army, Kenneth O. Preston.  The annual competition brings the best of the Army Soldiers together from all branches of the Army for the week long competition.  To follow the competition you can go to
