NCOs from the HQ, U.S. Army Reserve Command received hands-on training in evacuating a casualty during a Year of the NCO professional development program on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at Fort McPherson, Ga.

A CH-47 Chinook from B Co., 7/158th Aviation Regiment, 11th Aviation Command, provided the platform for the training scenario.

NCOs were taught how to call in a 9-Line MEDEVAC and then learned how to transport simulated casualties onto the Chinook.
