200th Military Police Command welcomes new commander

Cary Cowan Jr., incoming 200th Military Police Command commander, salute at a change of command ceremony on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Aug. 26, 2022. The purpose of the 200th Military Police Command is to train, command and deploy military police units across the United States.
