Specialized MOS skill sharpening with the 374th FMSU at Diamond Saber 2016

Army Reserve Soldiers from the 374th Financial Management Support Unit (374th FMSU), headquartered in Newark, Del., took part in the Diamond Saber 2016 (DS2016) as part of their Annual Training at Fort McCoy, WI. The DS2016 is a multi-echelon Financial Management (FM) exercise that provides realistic training to FM and Information Technology Soldiers. The purpose of DS16 is to give FM units the opportunity to conduct their wartime mission in accordance to doctrinal guidance.

Chicago hosts a ‘Band of Brothers’ weekend

The famed Easy Company became widely known in part due to an HBO mini series called Band of Brothers. The 506th PIR was an experimental airborne regiment created in 1942 in Toccoa, Georgia that served in World War II.
