Soldiers of the 1st Battalion, 10th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division conduct a cannon salute during the Army Reserve Medical Command change of command ceremony held Sept. 26, 2015, at the C.W. Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center in Pinellas Park, Fla. After the cannon salute, 1st Lt. Mario Mendez, the officer in charge of the salute battery, presented Maj. Gen. Bryan R. Kelly, the outgoing ARMEDCOM commander, with the last shell fired in honor of his long and distinguished service to the Army Reserve. Kelly is retiring, after 26 years of military service and plans to spend more time with his family and continue his civilian career as a clinical psychologist near his hometown of East Sandwich, Mass.

Seaborn becomes first female Reserve Cyber Soldier honor grad
