99th Readiness Division welcomes new commanding general
Bravo Battery, 3rd Battalion, 112th Field Artillery Regiment of the New Jersey Army National Guard provided a 13-volley cannon salute June 30 during the change-of-command ceremony for the U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division held on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. Maj. Gen. Rodney Faulk took command as Maj. Gen. Mark Palzer retired after a 39-year Army career. The 99th RD provides consistent, realistic training support, as well as modern equipment and personnel readiness, to help more than 550 units be ready now while shaping the Army Reserve for the demands of tomorrow.
