Army Reserve Soldier cooks for holistic readiness

Patrick Brady with the 1158th Army Aviation Reserve Command in Fort Knox, Kentucky, prepare ingredients for the Joint Culinary Training Exercise. The 45th annual JCTE started March 4 at Fort Lee MacLaughlin Fitness Center and continues until March 13. The exercise, administered by the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence, is the largest American Culinary Federation-sanctioned competition in North America.
