First Army Reserve indoor rifle range operators selected for training
PAGO PAGO, American Samoa - The first indoor rifle range in the Army Reserve, a Modular Small Arms Range, or MSAR, is slated to open for training at the Konelio Pele U.S. Army Reserve Center - American Samoa, April 26. “The Army is committed to the training and readiness, for the people of American Samoa who have sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, wives, husbands who serve, and we are bringing in a State of the Art facility, the first of its kind,” Jon Lee, Civilian Executive Officer, 9th Mission Support Command, U.S. Army Reserve said. “We are bringing them the best of the best so that they can maximize to train in their local area.” Pictured here, Soldiers who will be operating the range receive training.
