ARMEDCOM unit prepared to deliver vital medical capabilities essential to the force
Staff Sgt. Jason Sipe, a U.S. Army Reserve Soldier with Army Reserve Medical Command’s 7227th Medical Support Unit, is the non-commissioned officer in charge of the sick call clinic that will support 7227th Soldiers during their mobilization. Sipe observes his team’s response to the scenarios placed on his team in preparation for the unit’s upcoming mobilization in support of Landstuhl Regional Medical Center’s Deployed Warrior Medical Management Center. Soldiers assigned to the 7227th MSU, out of Columbia, Missouri, have been working alongside 1st Army Division West’s observer coach/trainers with 4th Battalion (Medical), 393rd Infantry Regiment in North Fort Hood for three weeks in preparation for their upcoming mission.
