Col. Adam Roth, deputy chief of staff and director of Public Works for the U.S. Army Reserve's 99th Regional Support Command, was the first speaker on the event's opening night. Soldiers and family members participated in the most recent 99th Regional Support Command Yellow Ribbon event. The event took place Dec. 18 through Dec. 20 in Hershey, Pa.
