Getting well through ‘Arkansas Care’
Army Veteran Tommy Shelton, Brinkley, Ark., has his eyes examined by Capt. Yolanda Arce, a doctor of optometry with the 3274th U.S. Army Hospital from Fort Bragg, N.C. The 3274th USAH supported the 2014 “Arkansas Care” project as a partner with the Delta Regional Authority through the Pentagon’s Innovative Readiness Training program.
