Mrs. Carol Dreska, wife of Col. John Dreska is farewelled with the presentation of a bouquet of red roses during the 1st Brigade (Quartermaster) Change of Command ceremony held at the Maj. Gen. Charles C. Rogers U.S. Army Reserve Center in Charleston, WV on 19 May 2018. Dreska served as the 1st Brigade commander for two years prior to his relinquishment of command to Col. John Joseph.
