Todd McCaffrey, commanding general of First Army Division East, during Combat Support Training Exercise 91-17-03, July 18, 2017, at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. Approximately 5,000 Army Reserve and National Guard forces participated in the exercise. First Army provided about 65 observer coach/trainers to augment their Army Reserve partners at the 91st Training Division and assist in training the most capable, combat-ready and lethal federal reserve force in the history of the nation.
