Army Reserve aviation unit conducts firefighting training mission

U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers of A Company, 2-238th Aviation Regiment, 11th Aviation Command, conduct water bucket training from a UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter in Hemet, Calif., Feb. 10, 2015. This training was conducted to give the unit the ability to provide Cal Fire support in fighting California wildfires. Retired U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Robert A. Henderson, 95, a Pearl Harbor survivor, does pull-ups in his home gym May 28, 2015. He attributes his longevity and health to discipline, integrity, faith in God, and being faithful in marraige (he and his wife will celebrate 70 years together this year). He works out three times a week, rain or shine, doing pull-ups, curls, bench presses, rowers, and running on his treadmill. "Living this long is no accident," he said. "It takes work."
