Joining forces to help Blackfeet Nation

This High Mobility Engineer Excavator (HMEE) stands ready as it's operator continues to dig an pipeline hole for water run-off. This piece of military construction equipment is being used by the 317th Engineer Company during their Innovative Readiness Training (IRT). The IRT project produces military readiness while simultaneously providing quality services to communities throughout the U.S. This particular project takes place on the Blackfeet Reservation in Browning, Montana during the months of June thru August (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. Military police keep pounding through change of mission and mindset

Fabian Harper, of Moline, Illinois, a U.S. Army Reserve military police gunner from the 339th Military Police Company (Combat Support), headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, is covered in dust from a morning convoy operation at a Warrior Exercise (WAREX) held at Fort Hunter Liggett, California, June 20. The MP company's Soldiers had to relocate their tactical assembly areas in the field multiple times as they reconnoitered different areas of their operational environment, while fighting against temperatures reaching 100-plus degrees daily. 77th Sustainment Brigade Commemorates 100 Years of Unit History

New York City - The U.S. Army Reserve 77th Sustainment Brigade solemnly celebrated 100 years since its founding in a ceremony in Central Park on June 10.  Originally the 77th Infantry Division, the unit stood up in World War I and saw action in the Baccarat, Oise-Aisne, Aisne-Marne, and Meuse-Argonne campaigns.

ARMEDCOM Soldiers bring smiles to faces at Pine Ridge Hospital

Capt. Carlos Alexander, a general dentist assigned to Army Reserve Medical Command’s 7240th Medical Support Unit out of Kirksville, Missouri, is one of approximately 25 U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers who are working in partnership with Pine Ridge Indian Health Service to provide medical care to the local tribal population. The Indian Health Service provides preventive, curative, and community health care for approximately 2.2 million American Indians and Alaska Natives in hospitals, clinics, and other settings throughout the United States.

The Royal Engineers are in charge of building infrastructure for a sniper range as part of Operation Resolute Castle 2017. Resolute Castle is an exercise strengthening the NATO alliance and enhancing its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.

Pace is among this year's recipients of the General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award, which she won as a property book officer while working for the 290th Military Police Brigade, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.
