He served in many key leadership positions including Deputy Commanding General, 123rd US Army Area Command, Indianapolis, IN; CoS, 123rd US Army Area Command, CoS 22nd Support Command during Desert Storm, Saudi Arabia; Task Force Freedom Cdr for the emergency restoration of Kuwait, Cdr of the Northern Logistical Operations Center, KKMC Saudi Arabia; Deputy Cdr, 21st Theater Army Area Command, Indianapolis, IN; Bn Cdr, 972nd Engineer Battalion (Combat) (Corp), Indianapolis, IN.
