Army Reserve Ambassador Arthur J. Leak has over 30 years of experience in higher education administration. Currently, he serves as the University Registrar for Anderson University where he oversees the management of student records and the implementation university academic policy. He also serves as the primary Veteran Certifying Official with responsibilities for ensuring compliance with regulations for student VA benefits, processing enrollment certifications to the VA for all enrolled students and maintains open lines of communication with veterans. Leak holds an AA in Liberal Arts from Pinebrook Jr. College, a BA in Mass Communications from Anderson University, a Master’s of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, and Post Graduate work from North Central University.  He is an adjunct Professor in Management within the Adult Studies program at Anderson University.
