Army Reserve Ambassador Robert A. Fitton is a retired Colonel and former President and Chief Operating Officer of Excalibur Associates.  COL (US Army, Retired) Fitton has a broad area of expertise including leadership and management, national security, emergency preparedness, and infrastructure protection.  He was instrumental with publishing numerous military and Federal agency planning documents, as well as military doctrinal manuals and training guides.  COL (US Army, Retired) Fitton is a graduate of the US Military Academy, West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree.  He holds a Masters Degree in Education with the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and also graduated from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (now Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security), National Defense University.  COL (US Army, Retired) Fitton has served with and certification for Homeland Security, the Defense Science Board, the National Security Reform Board, and National Institute of Urban Search and Rescue.
