The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Aug. 13 for the Staff Sgt. Jonah E. Kelley Army Reserve Center on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. Cutting the ribbon are (from left): Col. James Martin, deputy commander of JBMDL and commander of U.S. Army Support Activity-Fort Dix; Col. Neil R. Richardson, commander of JBMDL and the 87th Air Base Wing; Maj. Gen. Troy D. Kok, commanding general of the 99th RSC; Bob Smyth, field representative for U.S. Congressman Tom MacArthur; Rich Everett, legislative assistant to U.S. Congressman Chris Smith; Col. Peter Tan, commander of the Army Reserve’s 7301st Medical Training Support Battalion and facility commander of the Kelley ARC; and Maj. Gen. Christopher J.
