NEW YORK - Maj. James Coughlin, the higher headquarters commander for the 353rd Civil Affairs Command, conducts a television interview with RTVI during the New York City Veterans Day Parade here on November 11, 2022. The parade was televised to more than 3 million households providing an opportunity for senior military leaders to share their military stories and the importance of the national holiday.
