Army Reserve Soldiers help 'Stop the Bleed'

MESA, Ariz. - Cpt. Curtis Cooper, an ICU nurse with the 7453rd Medical Operational Readiness Unit, Mesa, Arizona, and a Phoenix native, receives a casualty from first responders during a mass casualty exercise held January 12, 2023 at A.T. Still University in Mesa. Cooper and other 7453rd MORU Soldiers took part in the exercise after providing instruction on how to apply tourniquets and stop bleeding the previous day as a part of the Stop the Bleed campaign.
