New York Army Reserve medical brigade gains new commander

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - Col. Thomas McMahan, outgoing commander gives his remarks about his future at Northeast Medical Area Readiness Support Group. Command of the NEMARSG, headquartered in Staten Island, New York, switched between outgoing commander, Col. Thomas McMahan, and incoming commander, Col. Craig McFarland in a ceremony reviewed by Maj. Gen. W. Scott Lynn, Army Reserve Medical Command commanding general on Sept. 24, 2022 at the Fort Wadsworth Battery Weed National Historic Site.
