WICHITA, Kan. - The 416th Theater Engineer Command (TEC) Commanding General Maj. Gen. Matthew V. Baker accepts the guidon from the 647th Regional Support Group (RSG) outgoing Commander Army Reserve Col. Michael W. Miller during a Change of Command Ceremony at the Wichita Veteran’s Memorial Park in Wichita, Kan. April 9, 2022. The Change of Command ceremony marks the moment when the unit leadership changes, and the transfer of responsibility is complete. The 647th RSG is headquartered at the 1st Lt. Lanny J.
