Engineers building Fort McCoy training capacity

FORT McCOY, Wis. - Army Reserve Spc. Joseph Battel, a horizontal construction engineer, 996th Engineer Company, uses a roller to smooth out the pad that will house for the line of communication bridge (LOCB) at Fort McCoy, Wis., June 15, 2021. Engineers from across the 416th Theater Engineer Command are working throughout the summer here to construct a training area to be used for future training validation on the LOCB system.
