MOUNDSVILLE, Ohio - Pfc. Mason Moore (left) and Specialist Randy Graham (right), both Signal Support System Specialists with the 363rd Military Police Company, set up the OE 254 omni-directional antenna during their November battle assembly here on the grounds of a decommissioned West Virginia Penitentiary in Moundsville, West Virginia. The unit is preparing for a wet gap crossing the next day with the 459th Engineer Company.
