BEAUMONT, Texas - The American flag and the colors of the 319th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 211th Regional Support Group, 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) fly silently over the memorial to Sgt. Maj. Franklin E. Harris during a memorial service at the Carl H. Pipkin Army Reserve Center Oct. 16, 2021. The unit held the memorial to honor Sgt. Maj.
