FORT KNOX, Ky. - Sgt. 1st Class Chase Stevens, senior instructor with Company B, 399th Regiment (Cadet Summer Training), leads a block of instruction on tying a hip rappel seat June 5 in a corral at the CST Rappel Tower on Fort Knox, Ky. Soldiers from 4th Battalion, 399th Regiment, will lead thousands of Reserve Officers' Training Corps cadets from across the country through the confidence/obstacle course and rappel tower at Fort Knox this summer starting in early June.
